Requirements
- •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical field
- •Ideal professional experience in structural or simulation engineering
- •Hands-on experience in calculation and analysis of machine elements
- •Solid hands-on experience with FEM methods and simulation software
- •Good knowledge of material behavior and fatigue analysis
- •Autonomous work, efficient task management, and organizational skills
- •Fluency in French and English

Tasks
- •Perform structural and thermal calculations for engine components
- •Execute static, dynamic, linear, and nonlinear FEM analyses
- •Develop and optimize FE models using ANSYS
- •Assess component fatigue life using FEMFAT software
- •Analyze gears, shafts, and bolted connections with specialized tools
- •Optimize components for weight, stiffness, and fatigue performance
- •Define experimental validation and correlate simulation models
- •Evaluate results and prepare structured calculation reports
- •Coordinate and monitor externally performed calculations
- •Automate calculation tools using Python and Excel
- •Improve simulation processes and technical workflows
