  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Structured and disciplined with focus on execution and pipeline generation
  • Curiosity about energy markets, AI, and B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and exploring automation tools
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin

Tasks

  • Identify and reach out to target customers
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engage decision-makers and qualify their energy needs
  • Test and refine messaging, sequences, and channels
  • Understand customer needs and decision processes
  • Ensure high-quality lead handovers to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Ensure clean, structured data in systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Use automation tools to scale outreach and improve efficiency
  • Share market insights to refine ICP, messaging, and product positioning
