- •Experience with analytical instruments
- •Knowledge of microbiology in Life Sciences

- •In-depth knowledge of industrial product applications
- •Excellent problem-solving skills
- •Self-motivated
- •Excellent time management and organizational skills
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities
- •Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences discipline
- •3 years capital equipment sales experience

- •Drive direct sales within the assigned territory
- •Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
- •Maintain and grow the existing customer portfolio
- •Qualify new leads to support a balanced sales funnel
- •Leverage customer networks to generate new business
- •Manage account portfolios for long-term success
- •Develop positive, lasting relationships with clients
- •Address individual customer needs as the primary contact
- •Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions
- •Report on account status and transaction history
- •Set and track sales targets aligned with objectives
- •Monitor quarterly results and annual forecasts
- •Represent the company at regional trade shows
- •Identify local conferences to create sales opportunities
- •Analyze competitors' products and distribution strategies
- •Travel to regional sites for client meetings
- •Perform equipment demonstrations at customer locations
- •Assist in the sale of aftermarket products
