Requirements
- •Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, tax regulations, payroll, and statutory benefits
- •Proficiency in German language
- •University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- •Several years of experience in compensation & benefits, reward operations, or HR analytics
- •Proven experience in complex, matrixed organizations or multinational environments
- •Demonstrated ability to run people-cost planning cycles and manage budgets
- •High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
- •Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate issues
- •Experience in balancing employee needs and regulatory requirements
- •Collaborative working style with capability to influence without authority
- •Strong knowledge of Swiss compensation structures and payroll processes
- •Proficiency in people-cost forecasting and compensation analytics
- •Understanding of Swiss labor regulations and reward governance
- •Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- •Comfort working with financial models and operational metrics
- •Concise and empathetic communicator with ability to explain reward concepts
- •Relationship-builder who establishes trust and credibility with stakeholders

Tasks
- •Manage local reward processes, including payroll governance and incentive plan administration
- •Oversee pension plan activities and employee lifecycle rewards such as offers, transfers, and exits
- •Ensure compliance with reward policies, local legal requirements, and audit standards
- •Enhance reward operations through improved policies and structured process controls
- •Lead annual and mid-year people-cost planning cycles with Finance for accurate forecasts and budgets
- •Analyze compensation and workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- •Co-lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts using reward analytics
- •Serve as the local interface for the global Rewards Center of Expertise
- •Implement standardized frameworks and tools for reward initiatives
- •Promote simplicity and user-centric design in reward processes
- •Advise leaders and HR partners on reward-related matters
- •Support managers with offer proposals, promotion decisions, and salary adjustments
- •Collaborate with HRBPs on performance management and organizational change initiatives
- •Drive continuous improvement in reward processes, systems, and reporting
- •Conduct training sessions to enhance reward literacy among HR colleagues and managers
