Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Several years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development
  • Expertise in program design, facilitation, and performance management processes
  • Strong background in succession planning, talent assessment, and development planning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with talent KPIs and HR systems
  • Advanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong project management capability with ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end
  • High level of analytical thinking and data interpretation for decision-making
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all organizational levels
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Lead Fast-Forward development programs
  • Manage internal development programs
  • Oversee the Management Trainee Program
  • Define timelines for the Performance for Growth process
  • Deliver trainings for Performance for Growth
  • Manage system administration for Performance for Growth
  • Advise employees on external education options
  • Support HR Business Partners in development planning
  • Deliver training related to development planning
  • Drive succession planning for key positions
  • Facilitate talent review sessions
  • Prepare analyses and benchmarking for talent reviews
  • Design and execute assessment centers
  • Produce monthly Talent KPI reports
  • Lead special projects related to Talent Development
