Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in the SAP domain
  • •Experience in SAP implementations and rollout projects with focus on Logistics or Transportation management
  • •Strong communication skills at multiple organizational levels
  • •Value-driven mindset in complex situations
  • •Empathy, resilience, and responsibility in demanding situations
  • •Readiness for extensive traveling
  • •Fluency in English, German is advantageous

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Lead SAP TM program from initiation to completion
  • •Manage project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
  • •Handle risks, issues, and objections effectively
  • •Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • •Shape digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions
  • •Define and orchestrate work packages across cross-functional teams
  • •Ensure alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization
  • •Manage end-to-end services relationship with stakeholders
  • •Facilitate steering committees and project office interactions
  • •Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management
  • •Align with senior stakeholders and sustain delivered solutions
  • •Implement robust change, quality, and risk management protocols

Languages

English – Business Fluent
