- Completed Bachelor's degree (University/FH)
- Min 5 years work experience or other relevant assignment with proven track record and owned results ideally in Customer Management, Portoflio Pricing and Promo Management, Trade Investments, Brand Management and Commercialization, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Insights and Big Data
- Previous experience in leading teams
Tasks
- Drive planning and execution of RGM strategies
- Develop and execute portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Orchestrate trade investment strategies
- Ensure RGM plans are implemented in all Commercial Functions
- Achieve annual revenue, revenue per case, gross profit, and market share targets
- Improve ROI on trade investments
- Design and lead RGM initiative implementation
- Create customer growth strategies for top 10 customers
- Align RGM team with national accounts, channel marketing, and field sales
- Track company and customer performance on RGM metrics
- Suggest timely course corrective actions
- Develop cross-functional capabilities in RGM initiatives
- Standardize revenue management reporting and analysis
- Leverage Big Data for competitive advantage
- Build relationships with key personnel in CCHBC Group and Coca-Cola System
- Stay informed about new RGM learnings and tools
