Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management)
- Progressive work experience considered a plus
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of German
- Further knowledge of French considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office (in particular Excel)
- Additional operational system or graphic competence is a plus
- Open-minded towards multicultural environment
- Trustworthy in handling confidential information
- Kind and professional approach when handling requests
- Customer oriented

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tasks
- Support HR processes for Guess Europe, Retail Switzerland
- Focus on administrative HR tasks
- Request new work permits, renewals, and changes
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases
- Manage employee files and attendance records
- Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations
- Prepare work certificates and unemployment documents
- Prepare employment contracts and other documents
- Support presence, absence, and illness management
- Support payroll process for vacation, sickness, and accidents
- Support payroll process for maternity leaves and children allowances
- Verify timesheets for payroll processing
- Act as HR contact for retail employee inquiries
- Contact local authorities as requested
- Provide other HR support activities as requested
- Assist in sourcing candidates for retail positions

- Bachelor's degree
