Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated track record selling enterprise software in Physical Security, Security software, or operational software
  • Vertical sales experience to retail customers
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic account development in large complex customers
  • Understanding of operational business processes beyond technology focus
  • Strong commercial and solution selling capabilities
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-suite or VP level customers
  • Self-motivated, independent, results-driven, and team player
  • Initiates superior collaboration and cross company dynamics
  • Ability to assess situations efficiently and effectively
  • Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, diplomatic style
  • Attention to detail and ability to gather complete and accurate information
  • Ability to travel through Europe and International as required
  • Proficient in MS-Office and Salesforce
  • BSc or BA degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Fluent language skills in German and English, optional French

  • Generate leads and follow up with key System Integrators and large retail customers
  • Close deals with a strong focus on retail accounts
  • Develop account and regional sales plans and strategies
  • Create a culture of success and achieve business goals
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction
  • Define sales processes to drive desired outcomes and identify improvements
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Compile information on customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to company leadership and other functions
  • Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual billing and revenue targets
  • Prospect and develop potential customers while building long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management on support and partner programs
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations
