Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales
  • Strong affinity for new customer acquisition
  • Process and industry knowledge in Data Management
  • Experience with common CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong closing skills, presentation and negotiation competence
  • High customer orientation and consultative personality
  • Willingness to travel as part of field sales activities

Education

Bachelor's degree

  • Develop a defined business segment to increase market share
  • Analyze market and customer potential to identify opportunities
  • Acquire new B2B customers from initial contact to contract signing
  • Report revenue regularly to Sales Management
  • Create tailored customer solutions through analysis and consulting
  • Expand the sales network and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations, both digital and on-site
  • Collaborate closely with product management for product development
  • Manage pipeline and maintain customer relationships in MS Dynamics
