Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales of cloud, IaaS, or IT solutions in the business customer environment
  • Deep understanding of the cloud market with an industry focus
  • Proven success in customer development, new customer acquisition, and MRR growth
  • Routine experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and relevant KPIs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English

Tasks

  • Manage and develop a defined account portfolio
  • Secure and expand existing revenue from customers
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Conduct qualified customer appointments
  • Develop individual cloud solutions for clients
  • Identify and manage technical risks to prevent churn
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through feedback discussions
  • Collaborate with marketing, partner sales, and account management teams
