- •Identify and interview individuals for resettlement needs
- •Process resettlement cases following established procedures
- •Provide counseling to forcibly displaced persons
- •Monitor activities to ensure progress against targets
- •Review submissions to ensure quality and consistency
- •Provide feedback and guidance on resettlement cases
- •Inform partners on resettlement policies and procedures
- •Implement global resettlement guidelines within the region
- •Establish standard operating procedures for case management
- •Develop measures to prevent and detect fraud
- •Coordinate with resettlement countries and external partners
- •Support government officials during resettlement missions
- •Analyze political and legal developments affecting strategy
- •Contribute to the development of resettlement policy
- •Apply age, gender, and diversity perspectives
- •Produce statistics and analytical reports on performance
- •Integrate resettlement activities into country operation plans
- •Conduct field missions to advise on submission quality
- •Negotiate regional resettlement programs with governments
- •Assess training needs and deliver educational sessions
- •Manage risks and identify opportunities for improvement
- •Supervise staff and affiliate workforce members
