- •Advanced university degree in economics or related field
- •Relevant experience of 4, 5, or 6 years
- •Field experience in reintegration or development contexts
- •Experience engaging with development partners and IFIs
- •Understanding of sustainable refugee reintegration solutions
- •Experience in development-oriented programming and HDP nexus
- •Experience coordinating with the private sector
- •Experience in inter-agency coordination and programming
- •Knowledge of UNHCR mandate and durable solutions
- •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- •Effective communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- •Proven drafting skills for strategies and advocacy
- •Ability to work under pressure and delegate
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- •Excellent command of English

- •Implement updated global reintegration guidelines
- •Provide technical guidance on sustainable reintegration
- •Integrate returnees into national development plans
- •Strengthen access to housing and livelihoods
- •Develop comprehensive global reintegration strategies
- •Engage development partners and financial institutions
- •Identify co-financing and policy engagement opportunities
- •Analyze national development plans for entry points
- •Mainstream reintegration priorities into government processes
- •Support Global Refugee Forum pledge implementation
- •Collaborate with Global Protection and Shelter Clusters
- •Collect and disseminate promising reintegration practices
- •Facilitate capacity-building workshops and webinars
- •Provide advisory support to Resident Coordinator Offices
- •Assist country teams with IDP integration
- •Produce monitoring reports and analytical products
