Requirements
- •Master’s degree in finance, banking, economics, or relevant discipline, equivalent work experience, or relevant certification (e.g., CFA)
- •Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant commercial work experience including relationship management/origination in Technology, Media, Telecom & Healthcare sector, combined with corporate banking product expertise
- •Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- •Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business mandates, close transactions, and develop networks
- •Good credit risk knowledge and knowledge of TS, FM, DCM, and advisory products
- •Relevant KYC and compliance knowledge and experience
- •Execution capabilities and ability to drive and coordinate processes end to end
- •Results-oriented with a positive mindset to contribute to overall team results
- •Strong team player, self-motivated, with high work ethics
- •Fluency in English, with German and/or French being an asset
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

- •Lead, negotiate, and close new transactions in the Swiss TMT & Healthcare sector
- •Act as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- •Develop strategic client account plans based on client needs
- •Ensure credit quality and KYC validity for the portfolio
- •Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team
