Relationship Analyst(m/w/x)
Supporting global investment management for institutional clients, analyzing opportunities, and coordinating information requests. 2-3 years client service experience required. On-hand training and senior stakeholder support.
Requirements
- 2-3 years relevant client service experience
- Investment Management industry experience advantageous
- Experience with institutional clients and consultants advantageous
- Solid understanding of capital markets and/or investment products
- Clear understanding of the local market
- Strong academic background
- Progress towards CFA/CAIA or equivalent advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Other languages including French and Swiss German advantageous
- Self-motivation
- Creativity
- Enthusiasm
- Natural collaborator
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Strong interpersonal skills
Tasks
- Support business development and relationship management activities
- Maintain and update client CRM data
- Analyze opportunities for clients and prospects
- Coordinate completion of information requests
- Work with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations
- Ensure deadlines are met under time pressure
- Conduct analysis of client portfolios
- Initiate investigations and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate prospect reporting and presentations
- Handle account maintenance and ad hoc requests
- Prepare high-impact client and prospect presentation materials
- Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings
- Act as a point of contact for client organizations
- Coordinate key client communications
- Support local Relationship and Business Development Managers
- Organize client roadshows and review meetings
- Capture and maintain client data in internal systems
- Qualify and coordinate RFI, DDQ, and RFP requests
- Develop understanding of investment approaches and products
- Champion data accuracy and insight-driven reporting
- Update requirements for existing accounts
- Create new templates during onboarding
- Work with Investec team for SMA onboarding
- Provide responses to operational questions
- Support fund prospecting, onboarding, and servicing
Work Experience
- 2 - 3 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- French – is a plus
- Swiss German – is a plus
