- Strong affinity for investment solution sales and interest in client support and advice
- High team orientation and effective collaboration with stakeholders

- Fluency in one or more official Swiss languages and English
Tasks
- Develop the client network in Switzerland
- Focus on prospecting institutional clients
- Respond to RfPs with client segment specialists
- Prepare high-quality offers based on client needs
- Collaborate with product, research, and investment specialists
- Act as a global investment advisor for institutional clients
- Create presentations and reports using Mercer's research tools
- Support ad hoc client requests and investment advisory activities
