Supporting business development and analyzing client/prospect opportunities for global investment management. Solid investment and capital markets knowledge required. Flexible work schedule, on-hand training.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and time pressure
- Solid knowledge of investments
- Solid understanding of capital markets and/or investment products
- Clear understanding of the local market
- Strong academic background
- Progress towards professional qualification (e.g. CFA/CAIA or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Other languages including French and Swiss German advantageous
- Self-motivation

Tasks
- Support business development activities
- Assess and support prospect and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain and update client CRM data
- Analyse opportunities for clients and prospects
- Oversee and coordinate information requests
- Work with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations
- Ensure deadlines are met under time pressure
- Pull and analyse data from various applications
- Respond to client enquiries and requests
- Conduct analysis of client portfolios
- Initiate investigations and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate prospect reporting and presentations
- Prepare high-impact client and prospect materials
- Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings
- Act as a point of contact for client organizations
- Coordinate key client communications
- Support organization of client roadshows and review meetings
- Capture and maintain client data in internal systems
- Qualify and coordinate RFI/DDQ/RFP requests
- Develop understanding of investment approaches
- Champion data accuracy and insight-driven reporting
- Update requirements for existing accounts
- Create new templates during onboarding
- Work with CSO team on operational questions
- Collaborate with Funds Group for fund prospecting and servicing
Work Experience
- 2 - 3 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- French – is a plus
- Swiss German – is a plus
