Requirements

  • 2-3 years relevant client service experience
  • Investment Management industry experience advantageous
  • Experience with institutional clients and consultants advantageous
  • Solid understanding of capital markets and/or investment products
  • Clear understanding of the local market
  • Strong academic background
  • Progress towards CFA/CAIA or equivalent advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Other languages including French and Swiss German advantageous
  • Self-motivation

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Tasks

  • Support business development and relationship management activities
  • Maintain and update client CRM data
  • Analyze opportunities for clients and prospects
  • Coordinate completion of information requests
  • Work with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations
  • Ensure deadlines are met under time pressure
  • Conduct analysis of client portfolios
  • Initiate investigations and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate prospect reporting and presentations
  • Handle account maintenance and ad hoc requests
  • Prepare high-impact client and prospect presentation materials
  • Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for client organizations
  • Coordinate key client communications
  • Support local Relationship and Business Development Managers
  • Organize client roadshows and review meetings
  • Capture and maintain client data in internal systems
  • Qualify and coordinate RFI, DDQ, and RFP requests
  • Develop understanding of investment approaches and products
  • Champion data accuracy and insight-driven reporting
  • Update requirements for existing accounts
  • Create new templates during onboarding
  • Work with Investec team for SMA onboarding
  • Provide responses to operational questions
  • Support fund prospecting, onboarding, and servicing

Work Experience

  • 2 - 3 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • EnglishBusiness Fluent
  • Frenchis a plus
  • Swiss Germanis a plus
