Tasks
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives
- Foster a culture of high performance and trust
- Exceed revenue quotas consistently
- Coach the team in vision-setting and methodology-based selling
- Align sales strategies with customer goals and outcomes
- Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Eastern Europe
- Plan market entry, segmentation, and positioning
- Drive initial customer acquisition and market presence
- Build a scalable foundation for long-term growth
- Guide the team through complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Collaborate with partners to navigate IT, security, and procurement
- Manage pipeline with accurate forecasting and risk visibility
- Identify and address pipeline gaps and opportunities
- Hire, onboard, and mentor top sales talent
- Foster professional growth and skill development within the team
- Partner with Growth and Partnerships for funnel alignment
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Customer Engagement teams
- Drive revenue through new logo acquisition and base expansion
