Regional Security Manager Europe(m/w/x)
Physical security management for luxury watch boutiques and high-value assets. 10 years corporate security experience in luxury retail with high-value assets protection required. 7 weeks vacation, plus financial support for sporting and cultural activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminology, or related discipline (Master's degree a plus)
- Minimum 10 years experience in corporate security, loss prevention, or risk management (luxury, premium retail, jewelry, or high-value goods sectors preferred)
- Proven expertise in security system management (CCTV design, alarm systems, access control, technical integration)
- Strong experience in high-value assets protection (secure transportation, supplier audits, specialized carriers coordination)
- Ability to oversee construction or renovation projects (boutiques or sensitive sites)
- Experience managing guarding providers (selection, training, operational supervision of on-site security teams)
- Solid background in incident investigations, reporting, and collaboration with police and insurance partners
- Ability to build and maintain professional network (law enforcement, emergency services, luxury industry peers)
- Excellent communication and training skills (coaching retail teams, leading regional safety & security programs)
Tasks
- Implement and manage regional security strategy, standards, and guidelines.
- Identify, develop, and implement security processes across Europe.
- Respond to security incidents.
- Limit liability exposure in physical security.
- Ensure alignment with Group directives.
- Manage Europe's insurance portfolio according to Group policies.
- Collaborate with HQ cross-functional teams.
- Align security initiatives with AP standards and procedures.
- Supervise site validation processes.
- Monitor construction and renovation projects.
- Define security specifications for projects with insurers.
- Design and implement security systems (CCTV, alarms, safes).
- Oversee secure transport and storage of valuables.
- Ensure use of approved carriers for valuables.
- Conduct regular audits of providers.
- Manage guarding services (selection, approval, oversight).
- Coordinate guarding services with boutiques.
- Promote reputable international guarding providers.
- Lead incident management.
- Manage incident reporting and investigations.
- Cooperate with police on incidents.
- Process incident insurance claims.
- Develop incident recommendations and preventive measures.
- Provide security training (onboarding, annual refreshers).
- Train boutique guards and employees.
- Network with police, emergency services, and industry peers.
- Manage insurance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HQ guidelines.
- Act as deputy crisis coordinator.
- Validate or design security concepts for major events.
