Requirements

  • Swiss commercial degree or equivalent
  • AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management of Sales within financial services, insurance, or a related field
  • Good understanding of Swiss market dynamics and customer expectations
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and negotiating contracts
  • Detail-oriented and precise working
  • Good understanding of complex IT systems (local and group ERP, Microsoft 365)
  • Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines
  • Result-oriented and self-motivating
  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Ensure client satisfaction and drive growth
  • Lead policy renewal negotiations with clients and brokers
  • Secure optimal terms and foster long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute account plans for upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers through regular visits
  • Provide strategic advisory support on technical and contractual matters
  • Prepare and deliver documentation for client meetings and ad-hoc reports
  • Manage contract documentation with accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee data input processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance in administrative processes
