- •Deliver tailored thermal solutions for complex requirements
- •Develop and execute customer-based sales strategies
- •Identify new market opportunities across the region
- •Forecast and manage regional sales performance
- •Ensure alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership
- •Oversee team capability and professional development
- •Provide technical solution leadership for customers
- •Deliver high-quality customer engagement consistently
- •Manage secured growth and account profitability
- •Coordinate demand planning and accurate forecasting
- •Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
- •Support complex negotiations and account expansion
- •Collaborate with global product and operations teams
- •Partner with service, marketing, and finance departments
