Tasks

  • Lead the EMEA data center sales strategy
  • Drive growth within Hyperscaler and Colocation accounts
  • Manage a team of technical sales specialists
  • Deliver tailored thermal solutions for complex requirements
  • Develop and execute customer-based sales strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities across the region
  • Forecast and manage regional sales performance
  • Ensure alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership
  • Oversee team capability and professional development
  • Provide technical solution leadership for customers
  • Deliver high-quality customer engagement consistently
  • Manage secured growth and account profitability
  • Coordinate demand planning and accurate forecasting
  • Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Support complex negotiations and account expansion
  • Collaborate with global product and operations teams
  • Partner with service, marketing, and finance departments
