- 2+ years of experience in international logistics of clinical trials management
- Educated to degree level
- Specialization/certification in Supply Chain/Logistics field
- Fluency in English

Tasks
- Organize and document material import/export processes
- Take ownership of import/export processes for study setups and modifications
- Understand and meet sponsors' needs for specific countries
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, CRAs, and logistics partners
- Act as a point of contact for study-specific information
- Explain processes and discuss feasibility with sponsors and CROs
- Maintain knowledge of regional import/export laws and regulations
- Collect and analyze regional performance metrics
- Proactively communicate with project management and logistics partners
- Resolve shipment issues and anomalies for specific countries
- Coordinate with project management on external import/export requests
