- Manage end-to-end procurement activities
- Define KPIs and track supplier performance
- Negotiate and administer contracts
- Drive make-or-buy decisions
- Implement continuous improvement programs
- Enhance supplier development initiatives
- Integrate sustainability and ESG goals
- Promote supplier diversity
- Build strategic supplier relationships
- Ensure supplier resilience, quality, and innovation
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
- Guide local strategic buyers
- Predict global trends and disruptions
- Implement de-risking methodologies
- Stay updated on industry technology and demand
- Understand product taxonomy to sub-tier level
- Run regular category project calls
- Monitor project progress
- Establish and maintain Corporate Category Council
- Support continuous improvement environment
- Achieve significant productivity improvements
- Analyze spend data
- Present insights to stakeholders
- Ensure fully executed Corporate Supply Agreements
- Administer and update CSAs
