- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to manage treasury-related processes
- •Experience working with local/central teams
- •High energy, resilience, and adaptability
- •Strong organizational and project-management skills
- •Fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
- •Valid Swiss work permit
- •Exposure to financial markets
- •Experience building internal and external networks
- •Strong negotiation and influence skills

- •Optimize funding structures for global and regional subsidiaries
- •Reduce finance costs by identifying optimal capital structures
- •Mitigate tax implications and capital inefficiencies
- •Manage daily liquidity, cash, and FX requirements
- •Drive excellence in end-to-end global treasury processes
- •Strengthen relationships between Corporate Treasury and worldwide subsidiaries
- •Partner cross-functionally on high-impact funding and structural projects
- •Leverage global banking relationships for cash management and FX
- •Advise markets on best-practice treasury and regulatory standards
- •Govern treasury policies and recommend structural improvements
- •Lead treasury transformation and strategic enhancement initiatives
- •Coach junior team members to foster high performance
