Quality strategy and CI culture deployment for energy grid automation systems across Europe. 10-15 years multinational Quality Management leadership experience essential, Master's or MBA a plus. Extensive European travel expected.

Tasks
- Own the Quality strategy.
- Strengthen Quality Management Systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead certification, audit, and CI initiatives.
- Deploy a sustainable CI culture and structure.
- Define and implement Hub Quality and CI strategy.
- Ensure alignment with global directives.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure alignment with business needs.
- Drive capability building and governance for Hub teams.
- Embed Voice of the Customer in Quality initiatives.
- Represent the company in customer quality discussions.
- Evaluate risks to customer satisfaction.
- Implement solutions for high customer satisfaction.
- Lead Quality Management System development and maintenance.
- Oversee internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit actions.
- Secure required certifications for Hub units.
- Monitor process and offer performance.
- Analyze performance trends.
- Drive corrective actions.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Escalate and resolve supplier quality issues.
- Manage high-profile NCRs and customer interventions.
- Ensure effective containment, corrective, and preventive measures.
- Deploy the Continuous Improvement Framework.
- Support and prioritize improvement projects.
