Quality & OpEx Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will focus on ensuring product quality and managing customer complaints while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing compliance, leading audits, and delivering training to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline
• •3-5 years of experience in quality management, programming, or project management
• •Proven experience in quality management, operations, lean manufacturing processes, and visual management
• •Certified Quality Manager preferred
• •Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
• •Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written

Tasks

• •Oversee product and service quality
• •Manage customer complaints from acknowledgment to resolution
• •Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• •Maintain and improve the local Quality Management System (QMS)
• •Guide leadership in using metrics to monitor performance
• •Lead Mission Control for quality and support audits
• •Drive the CAPA process across functions
• •Improve business outcomes through targeted quality initiatives
• •Promote continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma
• •Coordinate ISO certification efforts for the operating unit
• •Deliver quality-related training to employees
