As a QHSE Manager, you will drive quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives at the Allschwil site, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. You will collaborate across teams to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
• •Deep understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• •Knowledge and experience in DESP, ASME, marine classes, ATEX
• •Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QHSE
• •Genuine interest in safety management and regulatory compliance
• •Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• •Dynamic leadership style, strong organizational abilities, and sound decision-making skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QMS software tools
• •Enjoyment of working with strategic frameworks and hands-on implementation
• •Strong communicator with collaborative approach

Tasks

• •Lead the development and execution of the QHSE strategy
• •Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs
• •Implement processes, tools, and systems for performance
• •Ensure the QHSE team has the right competencies and mindset
• •Mentor and lead the QHSE team
• •Continuously improve the Quality Management System
• •Track and address non-conformities effectively
• •Collaborate to integrate QHSE into daily operations
• •Maintain QMS documentation per ISO standards
• •Support internal and external audits and certification processes
• •Promote a strong safety culture through engagement
• •Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
• •Coordinate incident reporting and investigations
• •Monitor emissions, waste, and energy consumption
• •Propose and lead sustainability initiatives
• •Participate in continuous improvement projects in QHSE
