Requirements
- •Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent
- •Experience in chemical manufacturing or operational role
- •Experience with workplace safety specialist (Eignungsverordnung)
- •Understanding of Swiss regulatory environment
- •Experience with safety risk assessment and investigation
- •Understanding of chemical manufacturing operations
- •Ability to use modern IT tools
- •Fluency in English and German

Tasks
- •Lead process and workplace risk assessments
- •Develop risk assessment strategies following legal and company requirements
- •Provide safety expertise to the production team on-site
- •Manage incident reporting and support investigations
- •Share learnings and manage internal safety communication
- •Ensure operational compliance with Swiss and internal safety regulations
- •Deliver HSE prevention and protection trainings
- •Implement strategic HSE initiatives at the Muttenz site
- •Support the development of the site's environmental reporting platform
- •Conduct internal audits and support site HSE audits
- •Promote a strong HSE culture through leadership and behavior
