- •Role model in safety, health, and environmental awareness
- •Willingness to deliver training in environmental and occupational safety
- •Prior experience in manufacturing environment, FMCG or Pharma preferred
- •Fluent in German and English

Work Experience

Tasks
- •Deploy HSE functional projects to enhance site safety culture
- •Provide operational support in the field as needed
- •Ensure understanding and implementation of MDLZ standards on site
- •Translate global MDLZ standards into local procedures
- •Monitor HSE indicators and derive insights from the data
- •Conduct loss tree analysis to prioritize site safety issues
- •Identify and assess workplace hazards
- •Prepare and update risk assessments
- •Define site priorities based on risk assessment outcomes
- •Advise on workplace safety, health, and risk prevention matters
- •Participate in developing protection and prevention measures
- •Lead specific safety initiatives
- •Ensure compliance with legal safety and health requirements
- •Stay informed on current laws and regulations regarding workplace safety
- •Organize training sessions and awareness campaigns for employees
- •Instruct managers and employees on safety regulations and procedures
- •Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- •Prepare detailed reports on workplace safety status
- •Follow up on safety action items
