Requirements
- •Three years aviation industry experience
- •Knowledge of quality systems and safety
- •Familiarity with quality management tools
- •Knowledge of EASA regulations and SMS
- •Engineering degree, ICAO license, or Pilot’s License
- •Analytical, report writing, and development skills
- •Self-starter with problem-solving and facilitation skills
- •Ability to drive quality programs
- •Excellent English and French or German
Education
Tasks
- •Ensure compliance with Part 145 and Part 21 regulations
- •Drive continuous improvement of products and work environments
- •Plan and conduct internal and external audits
- •Perform supplier, facility, tooling, and process audits
- •Manage audit resources and support customer audits
- •Investigate safety occurrences and conduct root cause analyses
- •Propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- •Liaise with National Aviation Authorities and OEMs
- •Evaluate one-off authorizations and respond to findings
- •Maintain Part 145 and Part 21 manuals and procedures
- •Update capability lists and quality documentation
- •Manage internal certifying staff authorizations
- •Identify training needs and coach operational staff
- •Conduct briefings to strengthen quality and safety culture
- •Monitor and document training and qualification records
- •Lead continuous improvement projects and promote best practices
- •Oversee quality reporting systems and the QEHS SharePoint page
