Requirements

• •Technical academic degree or equivalent professional experience
• •6+ years experience in IT infrastructure and transformation
• •Mastery of one technical discipline and three technology areas
• •Proficiency in Windows, VMware, and Linux OS
• •Experience with HPE virtualization and cloud solutions (plus)
• •Experience or interest in automation and containers
• •Excellent problem-solving and adaptability
• •Confident communication and presentation of complex issues
• •Strong communication and consulting skills
• •Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• •Ability to lead teams and run workshops
• •Ability to work independently and in teams
• •Fluency in German and English language
• •Accountability, active learning, and customer centricity
