Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of equipment maintenance and repair while enhancing process efficiency through LEAN methodologies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating essential documentation, supervising external partners, and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• •Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, aviation, or equivalent
• •Working experience in aerospace industry or equivalent industrial environment
• •MRO and/or Engine know-how
• •Design and drawing of components with CAD, desirable experience with Fusion 360
• •Strong in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP
• •Fluent in German (Level C1), English (Level B2)

Tasks

• •Lead equipment maintenance and repair
• •Oversee equipment replacement
• •Develop specialized knowledge for specific processes and equipment
• •Administer and supervise external partners on site
• •Create and maintain calibration instructions
• •Create and maintain process maps
• •Create and maintain technical templates
• •Create and maintain work instructions
• •Create and maintain TPM dossiers
• •Create and maintain TTE documentation according to Arinc 668 standard
• •Create and maintain ground equipment manuals
• •Manage SAP equipment database (ZITOOL)
• •Implement LEAN practices through 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis
• •Execute simple mechanical and manufacturing tasks
• •Design and modify non-COTS equipment
• •Promote research and development for supported processes
• •Ensure cost reduction through automation and efficiency improvements
