  • Fluent English
  • Advantageous German skills

Tasks

  • Collaborate closely with Chief of Staff on strategic projects
  • Coordinate resources and vendors for projects
  • Maintain an overview of all ongoing projects
  • Follow up with stakeholders on project progress
  • Support defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
  • Report project progress to management
  • Escalate project risks and issues
  • Track and analyze project performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure clear and effective project communication
