Requirements

  • •Technical engineering degree or similar technical training
  • •Experience in maintenance, production engineering or technical projects in a GMP environment
  • •Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant maintenance
  • •Confidence in troubleshooting complex equipment
  • •Ability to lead situationally and work well across functions
  • •Structured, reliability, and hands-on approach
  • •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • •Act as the technical link between Value Streams and M2U
  • •Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns
  • •Troubleshoot daily operations
  • •Improve and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP compliance
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners during breakdowns
  • •Work on deviations, SQUIPP, and CAPA actions
  • •Lead small investment projects in plant engineering
  • •Support project management on maintenance topics
  • •Cover for other plant engineers and participate in on-call service
  • •Act as a technical SME and support operational readiness
  • •Contribute to plant and process safety
