Tasks
- Build internal support operations

- Handle L1 and L2 support requests
- Perform initial investigation and troubleshooting
- Resolve issues independently or triage effectively
- Define and monitor SLAs for internal support
- Ensure consistent response times and issue ownership
- Build dashboards for ticket volume and issue types
- Share insights with Product and Engineering
- Develop and maintain internal playbooks
- Create troubleshooting guides for power users
- Foster cross-functional partnership
- Bridge operational and product/engineering teams
- Promote process understanding and improvement
