Requirements

  • Strong project management orientation
  • Ability to prioritize complex projects
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
  • Fluency in English and another European language
  • Availability for 30% travel in Western Europe

Tasks

  • Lead marketing for the Hepatobiliary and Hemostasis portfolio
  • Launch the new Cholangioscopy product line across Western Europe
  • Identify market opportunities and barriers to entry
  • Develop strategies to overcome market adoption hurdles
  • Influence clinical evidence strategies and dissemination tactics
  • Create segmentation strategies to target expansion markets
  • Launch insight-based value propositions and marketing toolkits
  • Execute omni-channel communication plans for product launches
  • Establish tracking dashboards with key performance indicators
  • Perform quarterly business and market share analyses
  • Deliver accurate demand forecasts through integrated business planning
  • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations
  • Support tradeshows, in-services, and product troubleshooting
  • Train and educate the field on portfolio solutions
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and societies
  • Develop new KOL partnerships to drive market adoption
