Tasks
- Drive international commercial success for ENT Head & Neck portfolio
- Translate strategy into scalable, high-impact execution
- Align global priorities with regional market needs
- Lead international strategic planning for Head & Neck portfolio
- Own the international strategic framework
- Serve as primary liaison between international leadership and regional marketing teams
- Facilitate alignment across regions
- Enable local execution within a scalable framework
- Gather customer insights and feedback on current products
- Collaborate with global marketing partner to develop business plans
- Support regional business results through launches and regulatory approvals
- Drive regional business results through training and other region-specific needs
- Lead downstream marketing initiatives
- Develop positioning and messaging for international markets
- Develop competitive strategy and launch readiness
- Partner with web marketing team to share international needs
- Ensure consistent implementation of marketing programs
- Collaborate with Medical Education and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between marketing and education activities
- Lead cross-functional program management for international initiatives
- Coordinate inputs across Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Education
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Lead competitive strategy and market insight activities
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
