- Ensure alignment between global direction and regional market needs
- Lead international strategic planning for Rhinology portfolio
- Own international Rhinology strategic framework
- Develop therapy growth initiatives
- Ensure launch readiness and adoption programs
- Serve as primary liaison between international leadership and regional marketing teams
- Ensure regional insights inform strategy
- Lead international downstream marketing
- Develop positioning and value propositions
- Formulate competitive strategy
- Enable consistent go-to-market execution across regions
- Accommodate local market needs
- Partner with Medical Education and Clinical teams
- Support market development and clinical evidence dissemination
- Lead cross-functional program execution
- Ensure disciplined delivery and alignment
- Drive international market and customer insights
- Inform strategy and execution with insights
