Requirements

• •6 years experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting
• •Knowledge of wealth management, banking operations, and pricing
• •Interest in product design and digital solution delivery
• •Ability to collaborate across technical and business functions
• •Hands-on problem-solving and project delivery ownership
• •Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and technical curiosity
• •Understanding of pricing operations in core banking systems
• •Fluent English and advantageous German skills
• •Ability to work onsite in Zurich

Tasks

• •Lead the replacement of legacy pricing tools with innovative solutions
• •Capture functional and non-functional tool requirements independently
• •Document preconditions, actions, and expected results
• •Translate high-level needs into concise, testable user stories
• •Define edge cases and error handling for specifications
• •Clarify requirements and sprint goals during agile ceremonies
• •Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on value
• •Analyze pricing and user data for fact-based decision-making
• •Execute functional testing to ensure solution quality
• •Accept or reject work delivered by the development team
• •Create presentations to align senior management and stakeholders
