  • Collaborate with technology teams on product backlog
  • Support Client & Employee Channels roadmap globally
  • Partner with Business, Technology, Markets, and Product teams
  • Design end-to-end digital user journeys
  • Gather and define product requirements and features
  • Drive prioritization and delivery of features
  • Shape product vision based on client needs
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and manage change priorities
  • Maintain a well-refined product backlog
  • Take full ownership of products throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and optimal product performance
  • Collaborate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
