Product Owner – ICSC Agile Release Train (ART)(m/w/x)
Translating roadmaps into user stories for SAP S/4HANA supply chain solutions. SAFe POPM certification and SAP S/4HANA understanding required. Agile release train with 20+ members, 4-week workation option.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant in Supply Chain or SAP
- Active SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
- Strong SAP S/4HANA understanding (Inter-company transfers, SD, MM)
- Translate complex business logic to technical requirements
- Maintain data integrity and global compliance
- Decisive real-time decision making during iterations
- Maintain team velocity aligned with strategy
Tasks
- Translate high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories
- Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' for the agile team
- Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog
- Deconstruct complex features into granular user stories
- Lead Iteration Planning with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Managers on the ART Vision
- Validate operational needs with supply chain coordinators
- Accept stories as 'Done' based on the Definition of Done
- Participate in PO Syncs to coordinate dependencies
- Lead team-level System Demos to showcase progress
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain delivery
- Participate in Inspect & Adapt workshops and team retrospectives
- Provide technical-functional guidance for SAP SD/MM configurations
- Identify and propose automated, leaner process alternatives
