As a Product Manager for the Gemini App, you will shape the future of AI interaction by integrating advanced capabilities into everyday applications. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to create innovative features that enhance user experiences and drive product success.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• •10 years of experience in product management or related technical role
• •5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
• •Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on product experience with advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and familiarity with concepts like Diffusion Models or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• •Experience in designing, managing, and refining evaluation methods and success metrics for AI models and AI-powered products
• •Ability to independently drive complex product initiatives in ambiguous AI contexts
• •Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, legal, marketing and other stakeholders
• •Ability to prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to senior leadership
• •Experience working on developer platforms and building consumer experiences
• •Experience in the Android and iOS ecosystems
• •Strong aptitude for understanding user perspectives for novel AI products
• •Hands-on experience in software development or engineering
• •Success in being a self-starter and fostering a culture of innovation
• •Experience in identifying ethical risks in AI systems and familiarity with adversarial analysis
