- Design the end-to-end automation architecture and concepts
- Specify requirements for alignment, assembly, and test automation
- Define automation requirements for handling and traceability
- Collaborate with automation integrators and equipment suppliers
- Coordinate with CMs to deploy scalable manufacturing solutions
- Manage the automation roadmap and deployment timing
- Ensure manufacturing readiness through EVT, DVT, and PVT
- Define process readiness criteria for NPI transitions
- Deliver process transfer packages to contract manufacturers
- Support manufacturing ramp-up, yield learning, and stabilization
- Define metrology, inspection, and test strategies
- Drive yield performance and root-cause analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain SPC frameworks and Cp/Cpk targets
- Develop and manage process control plans
