Tasks

  • Own the end-to-end FAU assembly and test process
  • Manage transitions from NPI to high-volume manufacturing
  • Define the process scalability roadmap for volume and cost
  • Determine the global manufacturing footprint
  • Provide DfM and DfX feedback into product design
  • Design the end-to-end automation architecture and concepts
  • Specify requirements for alignment, assembly, and test automation
  • Define automation requirements for handling and traceability
  • Collaborate with automation integrators and equipment suppliers
  • Coordinate with CMs to deploy scalable manufacturing solutions
  • Manage the automation roadmap and deployment timing
  • Ensure manufacturing readiness through EVT, DVT, and PVT
  • Define process readiness criteria for NPI transitions
  • Deliver process transfer packages to contract manufacturers
  • Support manufacturing ramp-up, yield learning, and stabilization
  • Define metrology, inspection, and test strategies
  • Drive yield performance and root-cause analysis
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain SPC frameworks and Cp/Cpk targets
  • Develop and manage process control plans
