- Scale manufacturing processes for production demand
- Develop production schedules with Supply Chain
- Plan daily tasks for on-time satellite delivery
- Resolve non-conformances and improve processes
- Collaborate on spacecraft design for manufacturability
- Transition manufacturing from R&D to production
- Execute technology transfers to Sustaining Production
- Provide specific CAD-based DFM and DFA recommendations
- Guide and mentor engineering team members
