Process Excellence Manager(m/w/x)
Designing and improving end-to-end onboarding processes with BPMN 2.0. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification required. Equal pay for work of equal value certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Formal BPMN 2.0 certification (e.g., OCEB)
- 3+ years in process management or business analysis
- Experience in complex technical environments (Telco or IT Services)
- Translate complex technical constraints to business solutions
- Experience navigating multi-dimensional service environments
- Experience with high-dependency systems (Billing, IT, Retail)
- Practical knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Focus on eliminating process waste and reducing manual overhead
- Proficient in using Process Mining or data logs
- Identify root causes of journey friction and customer pain points
- Expert user of process modelling tools
- Expert user of collaboration tools
- Design airtight, scalable journey logic
Tasks
- Design and document Onboarding processes
- Continuously improve Onboarding processes
- Author detailed end-to-end process flows
- Translate 'Future State' vision into logic
- Conduct impact assessments on proposed changes
- Ensure new features do not conflict with existing logic
- Lead agile improvement cycles
- Convert journey pain points into user stories
- Convert journey pain points into process requirements
- Analyze Process Mining outcomes
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Identify process 'loops'
- Propose technical solutions for process issues
- Propose logic-based solutions for process issues
- Propose automation-ready manual steps
- Conduct root cause analysis on KPI deviations
- Determine if failures are process-related
- Determine if failures are system-related
- Determine if failures are agent-related
- Work with Product Owners daily
- Integrate new product features into processes
- Integrate improvements into processes
- Collaborate with Agent Enablement
- Build technical specs for dynamic scripting
- Build technical specs for digital tool transformation
