- Manage deviations and appropriate measures
- Lead delivery team throughout engagement

- Work with Sales Account Team, partners, and customers
- Understand customer challenges, issues, and value
- Align deliverables with customer goals
- Apply NowCreate methodology and prescriptive guidance
- Promote long-term customer success
- Encourage collaboration and customer agreement
- Mentor Customer Outcomes and Partner team members
- Identify and resolve gaps between actuals and plan
- Lead delivery team in complex programs with multiple workstreams
