- Degree in HCI, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience building conversational AI and agentic workflows
- Strong prompt engineering and conversation design skills
- Experience with systematic evaluation and regression testing
- Knowledge of modern LLM patterns and reliability
- Experience designing safety and privacy controls
- Experience in cross-functional product teams and coaching
- Experience with production operations for AI solutions
- Business-fluent English and advantageous German skills
Tasks
- Evolve enterprise agent frameworks and reference architectures
- Build a factory of reusable AI components and blueprints
- Implement agent safety layers and guardrails
- Contribute to red-teaming and robustness testing
- Define prompt standards and system instructions
- Enforce versioning and regression testing for prompts
- Design multilingual conversation flows and escalation patterns
- Integrate agents into enterprise channels and workflows
- Define tool schemas and end-to-end observability
- Establish release readiness criteria and quality thresholds
- Support pods through go-live and post-implementation reviews
- Monitor production behavior and mitigate hallucination risks
- Coach specialists on systematic iteration and task success
