- Proven track record of leading complex projects

- High proficiency in English

Tasks
- Drive growth and differentiation for Pelvic Health products
- Shape competitive strategies for bladder and bowel neurostimulation therapies
- Lead international product launches and phase-outs
- Develop and execute international product marketing and communication plans
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team for high-quality training and therapy promotion
- Design and lead product and marketing strategies for Pelvic Health
- Work with Omnichannel marketing specialist to create marketing materials
- Embed digital and omnichannel activation in campaigns and launches
- Define and execute end-to-end international product launch strategies
- Align cross-functional and regional teams for launch readiness
- Accelerate product adoption and deliver measurable business impact
- Partner with country marketing and sales leadership for regional marketing plans
- Manage product life cycle through clear communications and campaign tracking
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence
- Translate insights into actionable portfolio and marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute competitive sales and marketing programs
- Co-develop updated competitive training with the International customer experience team
- Support sales teams with marketing expertise and clinical data
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
- Collaborate with market development and cross-functional partners
- Design and implement patient pathways for pelvic health therapies
- Improve referral efficiency and accelerate access to care
