- Serve as the Operational Pricing Champion
- Define the future organisational setup
- Contribute to role and responsibility definitions
- Shape future workflows for the operational pricing function
- Lead training initiatives
- Prepare training materials
- Educate super users
- Support the operative pricing team during cutover phases
- Process special condition requests
- Manage client queries via the help desk
- Support urgent pricing requests
- Maintain service continuity
